The autonomous and electric future of Faraday Future looks impressive in vivo: this is the FF91 in matte black

The autonomous and electric future of Faraday Future looks impressive in vivo: this is the FF91 in matte black

An uncertain future for LeEco and its different activities outside of China. The company has failed to materialize the purchase of Vizio, and so it seems the business of cars is not so easy to get ahead. These cars are within the Faraday Future brand and are based in California.

The model we know is the FF91, an electric and autonomous monster that we have noticed on several occasions, always with a luxurious and elegant appearance. Changing from silver to black is much change, as you can see in the images we bring, courtesy of Motor World Hype.

The matte black chosen leaves it just as galactic and strange, but if it fits it gives a more sportive touch; Almost looks like another car to draw otherwise the multitude of design details of the FF91.

We are still before a prototype or car 'beta', but without bands or elements that disguise its final appearance. They tell us that in person the dimensions are imposing, and play more in the league of a Tesla Model X, than a Model S.

Posts to talk about design, I especially like the front with the grid that wants to mark the house. Both the hood and the rear I find something more complicated-I would say, in the picture, unfortunate-but we must also keep in mind that this car has to draw attention, and if there is so much element is also because it is plagued with cameras and sensors.

From BMW to Faraday Future
Who designed the FF91? Well the same guy who did the concepts of the i3 / i8 for BMW : Richard Kim. I'm sure there will be design changes when the vehicle is really going to go into production.

The specifications of the car are as incredible as the hype around this' Tesla-Killer': autonomous driving, an electric motor that offers more than 1,050 horses, and a battery that promises more than 600 kilometers of autonomy (130kWh).

The FF91 can be booked. Just go to the official website of the brand, FF.com, and there depositing the $ 5,000 they ask for being the future owner of a Faraday Future FF91. Initially there are 300 vehicles waiting for that amount, in a special version called "Alliance Edition". The vehicles will reach those first buyers in 2018.
